The Agreement for financing and administrating No 1F-166 of Project No VP2-4.4-SM-01-V-01-014, The Development of Connections to International Corridors; Reconstruction of the Roads of National Signifi-cance (2nd Stage), (hereinafter referred to as the Project) drawn up between the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Transport Investment Directorate and the Mi-nistry of Transport and Communications was signed on 2 December 2009. According to the Agreement up to 146,786,894 LTL from the European Regional Development Fund (EU Structural Funds) are allocated to finance this Project.

 

       This Project consists of the following four Contract Agreements:

 

       1. The Development of Connections to International Corridors; Reconstruction of the Roads of National Significance (2nd Stage), 1st Agreement. The public procurement procedures have been completed. Contract Agreement No S-20 was signed with the Sole Contractor JC Panevėžio keliai on 10 February 2010. The value of the signed agreement is 9,483,393.84 LTL (including VAT). The Contractor has to reconstruct the section from 39.65 to 48.10 km of road No 121 Anykščiai–Troškūnai–Panevėžys and the bridge over the river Nevėžis on 44.14 km until 28 July 2010.

 

       2. The Development of Connections to International Corridors; Reconstruction of the Roads of National Significance (2nd Stage), 2nd Agreement. The public procurement procedures have been completed. Public procurement of this Project was divided into two parts, i.e. the suppliers had an opportunity to submit tenders for both parts, for Part I (Part I: the reconstruction of the section from 15.46 to 20.0 km of road No 146 Raseiniai–Šilinė), and for Part II (Part II: the reconstruction of the section from 34.58 to 44.07 km of road No 155 Kuršėnai-Mažeikiai).

 

       • Contract Agreement No S-37 on the works of Part I was signed with the Sole Contractor JC Kauno tiltai on 19 February 2010. The value of the signed agreement is 5,948,674.42 LTL (including VAT). The Contractor has to reconstruct the section from 15.46 to 20.0 km of road No 146 Raseiniai–Šilinė until 14 January 2011.

       • The Contract Agreement No S-45 on the works of Part II was signed with the Sole Contractor LJC Šiaulių plentas on 25 February 2010. The value of the signed agreement is 22,910,197.41 LTL (including VAT). The contractor has to reconstruct the section from 34.58 to 44.07 km of road No 155 Kuršėnai−Mažeikiai until 14 December 2010.

 

       3. The Development of Connections to International Corridors; Reconstruction of the Roads of National Significance (2nd Stage), 3rd Agreement. The public procurement procedures have been completed. Public procurement of this Project was divided into two parts, i.e. the suppliers had an opportunity to submit tenders for both parts, for Part I (Part I: the reconstruction of the section from 8.55 to 21.6 km of road No 131 Alytus–Simnas–Kalvarija), and for Part II (Part II: the reconstruction of the section from 44.8 to 50.8 km of road No 131 Alytus–Simnas–Kalvarija).

 

       • Contract Agreement No S-577 on the works of Part I was signed with the Sole Contractor LJC Alkesta on 8 December 2009. The value of the signed agreement is 37,928,858.33 LTL (including VAT). The Contractor has to reconstruct the section from 8.55 to 21.6 km of road No 131 Alytus–Simnas–Kalvarija) until 9 November 2010.

       • The Contract Agreement No S-578 on the works of Part II was signed with the Leading Partner of the company LJC Alkesta on 8 December 2009 (another Partner – JC Kauno Tiltai). The value of the signed agreement is 31,383,534.00 LTL (including VAT). The contractor has to reconstruct the section from 44.8 to 50.8 km of road No 131 Alytus–Simnas–Kalvarija) until 28 September 2010.

 

       4. The Development of Connections to International Corridors; Reconstruction of the Roads of National Significance (2nd Stage), 4th Agreement. This agreement has already come into force. Contract Agreement No S-1314 was signed with the Sole Contractor LJC Šiaulių plentas on 5 November 2008. According to this Contract the sections from 22.06 to 27.8 and from 30.35 to 34.58 km of road No 155 Kuršėnai–Mažeikiai as well as the bridges over the Eglesys and Dabikinė rivers have been reconstructed. On 13 October 2009 the exploitation of these sections together with the reconstructed bridges was approved by the Commission. The total value of the works performed makes up 26,568,873 litas (including VAT).

 

       According to the provisions of the Agreement for financing and administrating No 1F-166 the services of pre-paration of technical projects and technical supervision of the first three agreements of the Project The Development of Connections to International Corridors; Reconstruction of the Roads of National Significance (2nd Stage) will be financed from the assets of EU structural funds.

 

 

 

Public procurement of this project was divided into two parts, i.e. contractors could submit tenders for the performance of works in the regions of Alytus (Part I) and Marijampolė (Part II). It is planned that this project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Eastern Lithuania (Alytus and Marijampolė)" will be financed from the European Union structural funds.

 

The works of the project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Eastern Lithuania (Alytus and Marijampolė), Part I (works carried out in the Alytus region)" will be carried out by the economic entities' group (partners: companies "Eurovia Lietuva" and "Alkesta").

The project's contract agreement was signed with the economic entities' partner in charge the company "Eurovia Lietuva" on 20 October 2009. The total value of the signed contract is 11,261,713.66 LTL (including VAT).

The deadline of the works' performance specified in the contract agreement is 20 July 2010. In total, it is planned to pave 5 sections of regional roads, the total length of which makes up 12.58 km of gravel roads:

 

 

The works of the project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Eastern Lithuania (Alytus and Marijampolė), Part II (works carried out in the Marijampolė region)" will be carried out by the economic entities' group (partners: companies "Alkesta" and "Parama").

The project's contract agreement was signed with the economic entities' partner in charge the company "Alkesta" on 23 October 2009. The value of the signed contract is 8,137,412.04 LTL (including VAT).

The deadline of the works' performance specified in the contract agreement is 2 July 2010. In total, it is planned to pave 2 regional road sections, the total length of which makes up 11.06 km of gravel roads:

 

 

 

The Agreement for financing and administrating No 1F-190  of Project No VP2-4.4-SM-01-V-01-016 "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Eastern Lithuania (Alytus and Marijampolė) Regions" (hereinafter referred to as the Project) drawn up between the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Transport Investment Directorate and   the Ministry of Transport and Communications was signed on 28 of December 2009. According to this Agreement the budget of eligible expenditures of the Project are 20 721 298.90 Litas (incl. VAT) and are financed from the European Regional Development Fund.

 

 

 

 

The public procurement of this project was divided into two parts, i.e. contractors could submit tenders separately to carry out works in the regions of Panevėžys (Part I ) and Utena (Part II). It is planned that this project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Eastern Lithuania (Panevėžys and Utena)" will be financed from European Union structural funds.

 

The works of the project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Eastern Lithuania (Panevėžys and Utena)" Part I (works carried out in the Panevėžys region) will be carried out by the contractor company "Panevėžio keliai".

 

The project's contract agreement was signed with the contractor company "Panevėžio keliai" on 16 November 2009. The total value of the signed contract is 22,634,048.47 LTL (including VAT).

The deadline of the works' performance specified in the contract agreement is 27 September 2010. In total, it is planned to pave 7 road sections in the Panevėžys region, the total length of which makes up 22.46 km of gravel roads:

 

 

The works of the project "Gravel Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Eastern Lithuania (Panevėžys and Utena)" Part II (works carried out in the Utena region) will be performed by the contractor company "Panevėžio keliai".

The project's contract agreement was signed with the contractor company "Panevėžio keliai" on 16 November 2009. The value of the signed contract agreement makes up 22,167,156.72 LTL (including VAT).

The deadline of works' performance specified in the contract agreement is 30 August 2010. In total, it is planned to pave 4 road sections in the Utena region, the total length of which makes up 22.82 km of gravel roads:

 

 

The Agreement for financing and administrating No 1F-203 of Project No VP2-4.4-SM-01-V-01-020 "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Eastern Lithuania (Panevėžys and Utena) Region" (hereinafter referred to as the Project) drawn up between the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Transport Investment Directorate and the Ministry of Transport and Communications was signed on 30 of December 2009. According to this Agreement the eligible expenditures of the Project are 45.876.026,15 Litas (incl. VAT) and are financed from the European Regional Development Fund.

 

 

 

 

During the public procurement procedure of this project contractors could submit tenders to carry out works in the Vilnius region. It is planned that this project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Eastern LIthuania (Vilnius) Region" will be financed from the European Union structural funds.

 

The works of the project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Eastern Lithuania (Vilnius) Region" will be carried out by economic entities' group companies "Lemminkainen Lietuva" and "Fegda"

The project's contract agreement was signed with the economic entities' group (companies "Lemminkainen Lietuva" and "Fegda") partner in charge the company "Lemminkainen Lietuva" on 19 November 2009. The total value of the signed contract agreement makes up 14,288,490.30 LTL (including VAT).

The deadline of the works' performance specified in the contract agreement is 31 August 2010. In total, it is planned to pave 2 road sections in the Vilnius region, the total length of which makes up 12.14 km of gravel roads:

 

 

The Agreement for financing and administrating No 1F-191 of Project No VP2-4.4-SM-01-V-01-019 "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Eastern Lithuania (Vilnius) Region" (hereinafter referred to as the Project) drawn up between the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Transport Investment Directorate and the Ministry of Transport and Communications was signed on 28 of December 2009. According to this Agreement the eligible expenditures of the Project are 14.654.281,58 Litas (incl. VAT) and are financed from the European Regional Development Fund.

 

 

 

During the public procurement procedure of this project contractors could submit tenders to carry out works in the Šiauliai region. It is planned that this project "Gravel Paving Programme. Stage II. Western Lithuania (Šiauliai) Region" will be financed from the European Union structural funds.

 

The works of the project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Western Lithuania (Šiauliai) Region" will be carried out by the contractor company "Šiaulių plentas".

The project's contract agreement was signed with the contractor company "Šiaulių plentas" on 20 October 2009. The total value of the signed contract makes up 24,387,181.99 LTL (including VAT).

The deadline of the works' performance specified in the contract agreement is 5 October 2010. In total, it is planned to pave 5 road sections, the total length of which makes up 22.78 km of gravel roads:

 

 

The Agreement for financing and administrating No 1F-201  of Project No VP2-4.4-SM-01-V-01-017 "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Western Lithuania (Šiauliai) Region" (hereinafter referred to as the Project) drawn up between the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Transport Investment Directorate and   the Ministry of Transport and Communications was signed on 30 of December 2009. According to this Agreement the budget of eligible expenditures of the Project are 25 094 497.06 Litas (incl. VAT) and are financed from the European Regional Development Fund.

 

 

 

The public procurement of this project was divided into two parts, i.e. contractors could submit tenders in the regions of Kaunas (Part I) and Tauragė (Part II). It is planned that this project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Western Lithuania (Kaunas and Tauragė)" will be financed from the European Union structural funds.

 

The works of the project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Western Lithuania (Kaunas and Tauragė), Part I (works carried out in the Kaunas region)" will be carried out by the contractor company "Kauno tiltai".

The project's contract agreement was signed with the contractor company "Kauno tiltai" on 11 November 2009. The total value of the signed contract is 12,999,462.89 LTL (including VAT).

The deadline of the works' performance specified in the contract agreement is 6 October 2010. In total, it is planned to pave 2 road sections in the Kaunas region, the total length of which makes up 10.34 km of gravel roads:

 

 

The works of the project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Western Lithuania (Kaunas and Tauragė)", Part II (works carried out in the Tauragė region)" will be carried out by the contractor company "Kauno tiltai".

The project's contract agreement was signed with the contractor company "Kauno tiltai" on 11 November 2009. The total value of the signed contract agreement is 19,957,591.15 LTL (including VAT).

The deadline of the works' performance specified in the contract agreement is 6 October 2010. In total, it is planned to pave 5 road sections in the Tauragė region, the total length of which makes up 16.659 km of gravel roads:

 

 

The Agreement for financing and administrating No 1F-179  of Project No VP2-4.4-SM-01-V-01-018 "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Western Lithuania (Kaunas ir Tauragė) Regions" (hereinafter referred to as the Project) drawn up between the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Transport Investment Directorate and   the Ministry of Transport and Communications was signed on 10 of December 2009. According to this Agreement the budget of eligible expenditures of the Project are 32 973 994.68 Litas (incl. VAT) and are financed from the European Regional Development Fund.

 

 

 

The public procurement of this project was divided into two parts, i.e. contractors could submit tenders to perform works in the regions of Klaipėda (Part I) and Telšiai (Part II). It is planned that the works planned in this project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Western Lithuania (Kaunas and Telšiai)" will be financed from the European Union structural funds.

 

The works of the project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Western Lithuania (Kaunas and Telšiai), Part I (works carried out in the Klaipėda region)" will be carried out by the economic entities' group (partner in charge: the company "Lemminkainen  Lietuva",  partner: the company "Šilutės automobilių keliai").

The project's contract agreement was signed with the economic entities' group partner in charge the company "Lemmminkainen Lietuva" on 11 November 2009 and entered into force on 20 November 2009. The total value of the signed contract agreement is 27,683,379.29 LTL (including VAT).

Works shall be completed not later than on 19 November 2010. In total, it is planned to pave 9 gravel road sections in the Klaipėda region, the total length of which makes up 22.336 km:

 

 

The works of the project "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. Regions of Western Lithuania (Kaunas and Telšiai), Part II (works carried out in the Telšiai region)" will be carried out by the company "Žemaitijos keliai".

The contract agreement was signed with the company mentioned above on 11 November 2009. The contract agreement came into force on the same day. The total value of the signed contract makes up 14 ,434,136.40 LTL (including VAT).  

Works shall be completed not later than by 15 September 2010. In total, it is planned to pave 4 gravel road sections in the Telšiai region, the total length of which makes up 11.6 km:

 

 

The Agreement for financing and administrating No 1F-204  of Project No VP2-4.4-SM-01-V-01-021 "Gravel Road Paving Programme. Stage II. West Lithuania (Klaipėda and Telšiai) Regions" (hereinafter referred to as the Project) drawn up between the Lithuanian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Transport Investment Directorate and   the Ministry of Transport and Communications was signed on 31 of December 2009. According to this Agreement the budget of eligible expenditures of the Project are 43 416 439.59 Litas (incl. VAT) and are financed from the European Regional Development Fund.

 

 

 

The Agreement for financing and administrating No 1F-156 of  Project No VP2-4.4-SM-01-V-01-015 "Recon-struction of  National and Regional Roads" (hereinafter referred to as the Project) drawn up between the Lithu-anian Road Administration under the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Transport Investment Directorate and   the Ministry of Transport and Communications was signed on 23 November 2009.

 

According to the Agreement up to 68,938,952.00 litas (inc. VAT) from the European Regional Development Fund (EU Structural Funds) are allocated to finance this Project.  This project consists of the following contract agreements for reconstruction:

 

1. Reconstruction of Lithuanian National and Regional Roads. Reconstruction of Section from 55.74 to 62.88 km of the Road No 102 Vilnius-Švenčionys-Zarasai. The Contract Agreement No S-1195 was signed with the Sole Contractor Limited JSC Aukštaitijos traktas on 12 September 2008.  According to this contract the section from 55.74 to 62.88 km of the road No 102 Vilnius-Švenčionys-Zarasai has been reconstructed. On 3 December 2009 the section was approved by the Commission as exploitable. The total value of the works performed makes up 16,482,205 litas (including VAT).

 

2. Reconstruction of Lithuanian National and Regional Roads. Reconstruction of the Section from 18.30 to 24.01 km of the Road No 5004 Varėna-Matuizos-Valkininkai.  The Contract Agreement No S-922 was signed with the Sole Contractor Limited JSC Alkesta  on 15 July 2008. According to this contract the section from 18.30 to 24.01 km of the road No 5004 Varėna-Matuizos-Valkininkai has been reconstructed. On 19 August 2009 the section was approved by the Commission as exploitable. The total value of the works performed makes up 9,729,320 litas (including VAT).

 

3. ,,Reconstruction of Lithuanian National and Regional Roads. 3rd Agreement.

Reconstruction of Lithuanian National and Regional Road Pavement. Reconstruction of the Section from 39,2 to 45,2 km of the Road No 140 Kaunas-Zapyškis-Šakiai’’. Contract agreement No S-293 was signed with the Sole Contractor JSC Alkesta  on 14 June 2010. The Contractor has to reconstruct the section from 39,20  to 45,20 km of road No 140 Kaunas-Zapyškis-Šakiai until 13 January 2011. The value of the signed agreement is 5 875 004,71 LTL (including VAT).

 

4. Reconstruction of Lithuanian National and Regional Roads. 4th Agreement. The public procurement procedures have been completed. The public procurement was divided into three parts, i.e. the suppliers had an opportunity to submit tenders for every part separately, for the Part I (Part I: the reconstruction of the section from 4.35 to 7.90 km of the road No 2212 Klaipėda-Triušiai-Kretinga), for the Part II (Part II: the reconstruction of the section from 0.00 to 4.89 km of the road  No 2216 Slengiai-Baukštininkai) and for the Part III (Part III: the reconstruction of the sections from 0.36 to 1.54 km and from 2.12 to 7.71 km of the road No 2312 Kretinga-Raguviškiai-Budriai). Contract Agreement on the works of Part I was signed with JSC ,,Lemminkainen Lietuva“ on 16 April 2010.  The Contractor has to reconstruct the section from 4,35 to 7,90 km of road No 2212 Klaipėda-Triušiai-Kretinga until 21 June 2011. The value of the signed agreement is 6 391 939,97 LTL (including VAT).Contract Agreement on the works of Part II was signed with JSC ,,Hidrostatyba“ on 15 April 2010. The Contractor has to reconstruct the section from 0,00 to 4,89 km of road No 2216 Slengiai-Baukštininkai until 8 June 2011. The value of the signed agreement is 8 432 195,91 LTL (including VAT).Contract Agreement on the works of Part III was signed with JSC ,,Lemminkainen Lietuva“ on 16 April 2010. The Contractor has to reconstruct the sections from 0,36 to 1,54 km and from 2,12 to 7,71 km of road No 2312 Kretinga-Raguviškiai-Budriai until 21 June 2011. The value of the signed agreement is 11 270 429, 81 LTL (including VAT).

 

In addition, according to the provisions of the Agreement for financing and administrating No 1F-156 the services of preparation of technical projects and technical supervision of reconstruction works will be partly financed from the assets of the European Regional Development Fund.
