Dear Sir/Madam, I have question. I have a polish driving licence with only B category. I planning to buy in Lithuania a caravan. I have read that according to lithuanian law, holding this type of licence I am allowed to tow caravan up to 750kg. Is it correct? Please, check your driving license where the category of your car (search for the M1, M2, M3, N1, N2 or N3 category) is written. If your car has M1 category, you don‘t have to buy a vignette. Good Afternoon,I represent a Lithuanian national who advises that he is the holder of a full Lithuanian driving licence. It appears that this licence has now been "lost" and so a replacement is now required in order to show the local police here in the United Kingdom that he is otherwise qualified to drive.
